• Protecting the property from commercial development in perpetuity.

• Offering educational programs and hands-on workshops for students, residents, and visitors of all ages on conservation practice, organic farming, painting, animal care, and other topics.

• Fostering healing and wellness through equine and animal-based therapy programs and experiences.

• Teaching riding and animal care, and providing access to stables and riding arenas for equestrians.

• Providing year-round space for farmer and artisan markets and other community events.
